1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays, we will update you by email.

Note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders.

Delivery times

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. customs, courier delays, holidays).

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to update.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders – if applicable)

For international orders, customs fees, import duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs office.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

5. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can:

    • Reship your order to a corrected address, or

    • Issue a refund for the order.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages that are lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll do our best to help.

If your order is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the carrier with your tracking number, and

  2. Email us at Info@solaraforma.com with your order number and issue details.

We’ll work with you and the carrier to try to resolve the issue.
